Valley View Health Center, with headquarters in Chehalis, Washington, provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to Lewis County residents, primarily to the uninsured and under-insured. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Payment plans are available on a sliding fee scale depending on income. However, all Valley View patients are provided services regardless of ability to pay.

Our largest center in Chehalis offers medical, behavioral health, and dental services for every age. Spanish-speaking services are available and Valley View also offers a variety of resources including prenatal and children's nutrition, early learning information, well-child and immunization incentives, behavioral health counseling, special needs information and community services.

We can also provide you with information on health insurance plans, and have available a large list of other agencies that offer support for Lewis County residents.

Valley View Health Care Centers offer the following services:

Hours of Operation: Chehalis, Winlock, Onalaska, Raymond, and Toledo clinics open Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m.- 6 p.m. with one late night until 8 p.m. at each medical site weekly. Morton Clinic open Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.- 6 p.m.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
